The short version
When you use Soopiter tools, you’re agreeing to the rules below. We build our addons to be the best in the business, and we ask that you use them fairly and respect our hard work.
2. License Grant
Soopiter grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software products according to the specific plan or license purchased.
WordPress Plugins
Our WordPress plugins are often licensed under the GPL or a similar open-source license where applicable, but certain premium features or SaaS components may be subject to proprietary terms.
Shopify Apps
Usage of our Shopify apps is subject to Shopify's App Store Terms of Service in addition to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software code, is the property of Soopiter and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "Soopiter" name and the associated logos are trademarks of our agency.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain services, such as the Soopiter Activity Monitor SaaS, are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Soopiter provides its tools "as is." While we strive for 100% reliability and zero-bloat performance, we cannot be held liable for any data loss, site downtime, or platform conflicts that may occur during the use of our software. We strongly recommend testing all monitoring tools in a staging environment first.
6. Custom Agency Services
For custom development and agency services, separate Master Service Agreements (MSA) will apply and supersede these general terms where they conflict.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soopiter operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any major changes by posting the new terms on this page.
